About the Programme

Creating Next-Gen Policy Leaders for a Rising India

LokNeeti was launched by the Indian School of Public Policy on India's 73rd Republic Day - 26 January 2022 - to democratise public policy discourse across the country. The programme imparts core public policy education in English/Hinglish to policy aspirants from across India, combining data analysis, design thinking, and behaviour change with one week of in-person classes.

Working in groups, participants examine a live or existing policy, analyse its on-ground implementation, and apply LokNeeti coursework to propose ways to improve its effectiveness, equity, collaboration, or sustainability - bridging theory and real-world action.
